Self Portrait

• I feel my art and my poetry is the reflection of all of me and my life’s journey, which included an in depth study of body, mind and spirit. I meditate with intentional prayer into my work, with the hope that my artwork will assist others on their journey and inspire their own creativity and imagination. My overall intention is to connect my art with being healthy and balanced, with a strong focus on influencing children and society to understand the relationship between their creativity, eating healthy and living in balance and in connection with the deepest parts of themselves and with Nature.​
